The Image Processing and Pattern Recognition (IPPR) Laboratory at the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Technology at Amirkabir University of Technology, was established in 2000 to carry fundamental and applied research in the image processing, pattern analysis, and computer vision.

A significant portion of our research is underway in the form of graduate theses and industrial projects. The IPPR Lab is supervised by Prof. Mohammad Rahmati. Take a look at the profiles of our current MSc and PhD students for further information.
